Shipping & Refund Policy

The users are requested to go through our shipping and refund policies before buying any product from our website. We accept only online orders and do not take any orders over phone or mail.
Shipping
We like to take great care of our customer’s needs and hence we have determined a policy favorable to all users and customers.
All of our products are shipped within 1-2 days after order placement and delivered in 1-3 days after shipping. We ship through popular courier services and you can track the order online after it is shipped.
If the customer orders from a faraway place from our home office, then it may take longer time to deliver. But rest assured that the product will be delivered.
We ship on all the days (Monday to Saturday) except for Sunday and public holidays.
In case the product is not delivered after a stipulated time frame, contact us immediately. We will inform you of the problem and resend you the item. No extra shipping cost will be paid by you.
Please note that all of the items we ship will have an invoice mentioning the prices. All the prices are inclusive of taxes as per Indian Tax Regulations.
Refund
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
We accept products only if they are in their original package and condition, within 7 days of receipt. The shipping cost of the return shipping will be paid by the user unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
To arrange for the return and any other queries contact robopixel.online@gmail.com or info@robopixel.in or fill the contact us form with the heading “REFUND” and send your item to: Robo Pixel by Tech Booster, H/N 209, Opposite to Tata Motors, Jonali, Zoo Road, Guwahati, Assam, India, 781024.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once the items are received in original condition refund will be initiated within 2 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are shipping an item consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
